Have questions? We’re here to help

Experiencing any one of these symptoms alone may not indicate low testosterone, but having three or more is a strong reason to get tested:

  • Irritability & Mood Changes (crabbiness, increased frustration)
  • Low or Poor Sex Drive
  • Weight Gain & Belly Fat
  • Loss of Endurance & Stamina
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Brain Fog & Poor Sleep
  • Difficulty Concentrating & Mental Fatigue
  • Decreased Strength & Muscle Loss
  • Joint Pain & Stiffness
  • Lack of Drive & Motivation
  • Persistent Fatigue & Low Energy

If you’re experiencing multiple symptoms, getting your testosterone levels tested can help determine if TRT is right for you.

While the full benefits of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) typically take 6 months to a year, many men notice improvements within weeks of starting treatment. Common benefits include:

  • Improved Sleep – Deeper, more restorative rest
  • Enhanced Recovery – Faster muscle repair and reduced soreness
  • Increased Libido – Boosted sex drive and performance
  • Greater Strength – Improved muscle mass and endurance
  • More Energy – Sustained vitality throughout the day
  • Reduced Inflammation – Less joint pain and stiffness
  • Better Mood – Improved mental clarity, motivation, and confidence

Individual results vary, but consistent treatment and healthy lifestyle habits help maximize benefits.

Yes, you may still be a candidate for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). Many men experience symptoms of low testosterone even if their levels fall within the ‘normal’ range.

Testosterone levels can vary significantly, with a general reference range of 156 ng/dL to 1200 ng/dL. However, what’s considered “normal” is often based on age-related averages rather than individual optimization.

Unlike many primary care providers who rely strictly on lab values, we take a symptom-based, personalized approach to determine what’s optimal for you, not just what fits within a standard range. Some men feel great at 500 ng/dL, while others experience low-T symptoms at the same level. Our goal is to help you feel your best, regardless of the numbers.

Your goals and safety are our top priorities:

  1. Personalized Treatment plans by (Certified) Hormone Therapy Specialists.
  2. A variety of treatment options to ensure you get the best results. Includes Testosterone, Peptides, Sexual Performance, and more.
  3. Regular (convenient) Virtual visits with our Providers.
  4. Regularly scheduled blood draws to ensure both optimal treatment and your safety.
  5. Accessibility. Real, live people answering our phones, chats and texts!

While we believe injections are the best option, we understand that some guys just don’t like needles. That’s why we offer alternatives, including capsules and creams. It’s best to discuss the available options with your provider to determine what works best for you.

We do not accept direct HSA/FSA payments at this time. However, we can provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. While many HSA/FSA plans cover medications, coverage varies by provider, and we cannot guarantee approval.

If you have questions, your health coach can guide you during your appointment to ensure you have everything needed for submission.

No, we do not accept insurance for testosterone therapy. However, we partner with third-party financial assistance providers to offer flexible monthly payment options.
