Have questions? We’re here to help

For best results, take 2 capsules daily with food, preferably in the morning. Many of the nutrients in this blend, like B12, magnesium, and iodine, support energy production and may be better tolerated earlier in the day.

This blend contains iodine, magnesium, zinc, and selenium, which can interact with the absorption of certain medications, including thyroid hormone replacement therapy (e.g., levothyroxine) and some antibiotics.

If you are taking thyroid medication, take it on an empty stomach, and wait at least 4 hours before taking this supplement.

If you are taking other mineral-based supplements (especially calcium or iron), try to separate by 2–4 hours to avoid competitive absorption.

While we assist with prior authorizations and prescription submissions, we do not bill insurance directly. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.

Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA funds to cover eligible purchases. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your provider. You can then submit these documents to your HSA/FSA account for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.
