Yes. Your supplement recommendations are tailored to your unique lab results from a comprehensive blood draw. A provider will review your results with you and create a personalized supplement pack designed specifically for your needs.
Your personalized supplement packs are billed and shipped every 30 days for continuous support.
Yes! Please reach out to your health coach to discuss adjustments during your next visit.
You can include up to 8 supplements per pack, allowing for a fully personalized regimen tailored to your needs.
We recommend retesting every 3-6 months to track progress and adjust your supplement regimen as needed. This ensures your plan remains optimized for your health goals.
At Joi+ Blokes, we take a holistic, preventative approach to care, which means many advanced treatments and lab tests are not typically covered by insurance. However, we do offer insurance-pay options for certain prescriptions:
- Women’s health medications like estrogen and progesterone can be sent to your local pharmacy, where you may use your insurance benefits.
- Thyroid medications will be sent to your local pharmacy, allowing you to utilize your insurance coverage.
- FDA-approved GLP-1/GIP medications for weight loss and type 2 diabetes, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounjaro, may also be eligible for coverage.
While we assist with prior authorizations and prescription submissions, we do not bill insurance directly. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.
Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA funds to cover eligible purchases. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your provider. You can then submit these documents to your HSA/FSA account for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Precision medicine refers to the collection and analysis of biomarkers to see which areas you are deficient in to allow us to optimize your health. “Smart” supplements refer to specific supplements that will increase biomarkers that you are deficient in.
The Smart Supplement subscription is $149 per month and can be canceled at any time—no long-term commitment required. Once your lab work has been reviewed by your provider, you’ll receive personalized supplement recommendations tailored to your specific health needs.
Your supplement pack is then billed and shipped monthly. If you’d like to make changes to your supplement lineup, you can do so by contacting your health coach before your next shipment. This allows flexibility as your health goals and biomarkers evolve.
We recommend retesting your labs every 3–6 months to reassess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your protocol. This ensures you’re always taking exactly what your body needs, when it needs it.
Blood work will take about 7 days to fully process. Once you meet with a wellness coach, supplements orders can take up to 10 days to process and 2 for shipping.
The smart supplements come in a daily pack with 30 packs total. Each pack will come with the specific smart supplements for you to take on a daily basis.
