Important Safety Information
Helps restore mood, energy, and sexual wellness in individuals with low testosterone.
May support physical function and recovery in men with clinically diagnosed testosterone deficiency.
May support metabolic efficiency and cognitive health in men with confirmed low testosterone levels.
Testosterone runs the show when it comes to energy, mood, focus, and performance. But if you’re feeling sluggish, weak, or just not yourself, don’t chalk it up to “getting older.”
When testosterone levels start to dip, men can notice symptoms that may negatively impact their life. Low T isn’t just about aging—it can be triggered by stress, injury, obesity, illness, or even past testosterone misuse.

Experiencing any one of these symptoms alone may not indicate low testosterone, but having three or more is a strong reason to get tested:
If you’re experiencing multiple symptoms, getting your testosterone levels tested can help determine if TRT is right for you.
While the full benefits of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) typically take 6 months to a year, many men notice improvements within weeks of starting treatment. Common benefits include:
Individual results vary, but consistent treatment and healthy lifestyle habits help maximize benefits.
Yes, you may still be a candidate for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). Many men experience symptoms of low testosterone even if their levels fall within the ‘normal’ range.
Testosterone levels can vary significantly, with a general reference range of 156 ng/dL to 1200 ng/dL. However, what’s considered “normal” is often based on age-related averages rather than individual optimization.
Unlike many primary care providers who rely strictly on lab values, we take a symptom-based, personalized approach to determine what’s optimal for you, not just what fits within a standard range. Some men feel great at 500 ng/dL, while others experience low-T symptoms at the same level. Our goal is to help you feel your best, regardless of the numbers.
Your Goals AND Safety are Our Top Priorities:
While we believe injections are the best option, we understand that some guys just don’t like needles. That’s why we offer alternatives, including capsules and creams. It’s best to discuss the available options with your provider to determine what works best for you.
After starting your treatment, we recommend a lab test and clinician follow-up around 6 weeks to assess your response and adjust dosage if needed. From there, you’ll typically have check-ins every 3 months. Once your dosage is optimized and you’re feeling your best, follow-ups may be spaced out based on your needs and provider’s guidance.
At Joi+ Blokes, we take a holistic, preventative approach to care, which means many advanced treatments and lab tests are not typically covered by insurance. However, we do offer insurance-pay options for certain prescriptions:
While we assist with prior authorizations and prescription submissions, we do not bill insurance directly. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.
Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA funds to cover eligible purchases. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your provider. You can then submit these documents to your HSA/FSA account for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Due to state regulations we ship everywhere except AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, HI, LA, MN, MO, NC, ND, OK, PA, RI and SC. We are able to ship to all other states. If you’re located in a restricted state, we recommend consulting with a local provider for treatment options.
