While chronological age measures the years you’ve lived, biological age reflects how efficiently your body is aging based on key biomarkers and influenced by factors such as inflammation, metabolic function, hormones, and cardiovascular health.
“Before Blokes, I was taking what I thought I needed. After my blood test and meeting with their team, I now know what my body needs. I believe the body needs a proper internal balance in order to perform optimally. Blokes delivered just that!”

To ensure the most accurate results, follow these preparation guidelines:
Following these steps will help ensure reliable and accurate lab results.
Lab processing times vary, but most results are available within 7-14 days. Once your results are ready, you will receive a notification and can access them through your patient portal. You will then receive an email to schedule a lab review with one of our providers, who will guide you through your results and next steps.
We recommend holding off on supplements the morning of your blood draw unless otherwise instructed. Prescription medications should be taken as directed by your provider.
If you’re on TRT or thyroid medication, it’s best to complete your blood draw right before your next scheduled dose to get the most accurate baseline levels.
You can find your biological age in your patient portal once your lab results have been processed. If you need assistance accessing your results, please reach out to our support team at info@joiandblokes.com.

Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA funds to cover eligible purchases. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your provider. You can then submit these documents to your HSA/FSA account for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.
