Welcome to Project 300
You made it. Now it’s time to prove it.
Congratulations! You’ve been selected for Spartan’s Project 300, a 200-day journey of complete transformation: mental, physical, and biological.
As the official diagnostics partner, Joi + Blokes will track your progress from the inside out: testing, analyzing, and optimizing your biomarkers so you can perform at your absolute peak.
This isn’t just training. It’s data-driven transformation.
Your discipline, your results backed by science.
Complete your health history and Complete Hormone Panel measuring 56 biomarkers to establish your Day 1 benchmark. A snapshot of your starting point before the journey begins.
Review your results with a Joi + Blokes clinician. Our team makes sure your internal health aligns with your external performance, so every rep and recovery move you closer to your peak.
At the end of the 200-day journey, you’ll retest the same biomarkers and complete your follow-up questionnaire. Our clinical team will review your results to measure your transformation — in real numbers, not guesses.
“Blokes has been in my corner, walking me through my bloodwork and helping me optimize my health for almost two years. The bloodwork panels they run are super comprehensive, and they have opened my eyes to the difference between traditional doctor visits and modern health care. I am incredibly grateful for these guys!”
— Michael Chernow
As a Project 300 participant, Joi+Blokes will provide a comprehensive health questionnaire and a complimentary Complete Hormone Panel at both the start and end of the study. These assessments measure over 56 key biomarkers related to immune, hormones, metabolism, and overall performance helping you track how your body transforms throughout the 200-day journey.
Joi + Blokes offers a range of additional services—including hormone therapy, peptide treatments, personalized supplements, and advanced lab testing. These options are not included as part of Project 300 but can be purchased at any time if you’d like to further optimize your health and performance during the program.
At Joi + Blokes, we take your symptoms seriously and prioritize a personalized approach to your health. Our healthcare providers conduct a thorough review of your lab work, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and empowered every step of the way. While we utilize laboratory testing, we also emphasize how you feel—not just the numbers—so your treatment plan is truly customized to your unique goals, lab results, and symptoms.
To further support your journey, you’ll have a dedicated health coach as your direct point of contact, providing continuous guidance and personalized support whenever you need it.

While we assist with prior authorizations and prescription submissions, we do not bill insurance directly.
